Creative Lighthouse Inc. has an immediate position available for a Director of Product Management in the Toronto office.

Job Description:

As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of our clients' products. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure our clients' products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. Your strategic vision and leadership will drive innovation and growth, aligning product initiatives with our company's mission and goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute product strategies for clients' products that align with their business goals.

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners.

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the success of clients' products.

  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients, customers, stakeholders, and team members to inform product decisions.

  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.

  • Experience leading and mentoring product teams.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience in market research and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Education Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is an asset.
